Our Facilities
Early Beginnings operates out of the building next to the Soloway Jewish Community Center. We occupy the four ground-floor classrooms of the building, as well as an administrative office located on the second floor.
Our kosher kitchen and dining room are located next to our classrooms, and our students eat together with our staff at kid-sized communal tables.
Our bright and wide hallways feature individual cubbies for each of the children, while the walls display their beautiful artwork and special creations for parents and friends to enjoy.
We pride ourselves on the maintenance of safe and clean facilities. The building features a dedicated caretaker who ensures that the space is always maintained to our high standards. Classrooms are bright, clean and tidy; offering our children an inviting environment in which to learn, explore, and grow.
In the Spring of 2019 both of Early Beginnings' outdoor playgrounds were completely renovated. This was made possible by a substantial grant the daycare received from the City of Ottawa and the Province of Ontario. Some of the upgrades include two brand new play structures, the installation of playground turf, mud kitchens, sand boxes, and a wooden tent. This outdoor makeover has given the daycare two accessible, challenging, and fun play spaces.
Parking, located behind our center, is ample and makes for easy pick-up and drop-off experiences.
